Our services are provided free of charge to contractors. Gaba Brands may receive referral compensation from partners when contractors we introduce sign up for partner services. You will always pay the same price whether you engage with a partner through Gaba Brands or directly.
If you provide your phone number and check a consent box on one of our forms, or if you reply to a text message from us with your consent, you are providing express consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from Gaba Brands LLC.
Our SMS program includes inquiry responses, callback scheduling, appointment reminders, partner tool information, business tips, and promotional offers, depending on the consent boxes you check.

All services, resources, and content are provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaba Brands LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information, including SMS opt-in data and consent records. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Agreement on this page and update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top. For material changes that affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or by a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
